I went to a free trial hot yoga session this morning @ Yogaffinity, which is located at 157A Telok Ayer Street. Well, supposingly there are 7 people from my office turning up for the yoga but in the end, most of them became pilots at the last minute and flew us plane. Eventually, only me and colleague J turned up =/

The place is very nice and the people there are warm and friendly. Facilities wise are okay. Toilets are spacious and clean and the changing rooms are nice. It's suitated near the lockers (f.o.c, just get the key from the counter when u sign in =D) and hair dryers and tissues are provided. They also provide abundant of towels for everyone.

What about the hot yoga?? Hot yoga = doing yoga in a hot room which is about 36-38 degreeC. Giving such room temperature, of course everyone is sweating like a bull. At one point my colleague nearly passed out from the heat and luckily, the instructor is alert and is able to hold on to her when she is about to faint. There is also a lady I saw, whose pants are totally wet from sweating and her sweat is dripping onto the mat, like a leaking pipe. It is amazing how people can sweat at this kind of place. Me myself is wet and sticky and stinky too =X

Anyway, the instructor is a very friendly angmoh and besides giving instructions on doing what, he also went around adjusting people's posture so to ensure everyone has a correct posture. Some of the moves are quite tough and the thing I dislike about yoga is to hold on to a posture for some time and this can be very tiring. Right now my arms start to ache already =/. The whole session is 90min and I'm totally worked out.

Went shopping with Xinxin yesterday (Sat) @ Orchard and as usual, the malls and streets are filled with ton of people. Both of us bought some stuff and we even went to take neoprints. Nowadays taking neoprints very expensive leh. The one we took is $9. Don't know is heng or suay, we took the neoprint shoot twice, for the price of one. The first time we took, the machine went sot so we have to shoot another time. I'll post the neoprints up if I manage to get it scan XD

Anyway, my baby cousin can't recongise me in my new hairstyle and start to cry when he saw me. So doink! >< So hard to recongise meh? After some time then he start to get used to me. But hor, don't know he recongise me as his beloved jie jie or treat me as another idiotic stranger jie jie, who is trying to play with him. I have no idea =/
