Went to see the doctor after work today. Yes..I'm down with a bad flu. Anyway, waited for a freaking long time for the consultation, as well for my medicine. I nearly fell asleep while waiting =X When it's finally my turn to collect the medicine, I took a look and went ??-_-??
Medicine for muscle relaxant/fever/pain...
Medicine for inflammation....
Medicine for cough....
and LASTLY
medicine for throat.
BUT where is the medicine for FLU????? The main reason I went to the doctor!! Doinkness~~~

Cincin said we should blog abit on Xin's celebration so that Qiqi will not miss out the fun. Well, something happened to her on that day and she couldn't make it to Xinxin's party T.T Hope Qiqi will get well soon ^^
We celebrated Xin's birthday on 22nd Oct afternoon, when it's raining cats and dogs. My umbrella threatened to ‘fly’ off a couple of times during my walk to the bus stop. Anyway, we were having a steamboat feast on that day and we are told to bring some food along. Cin , Sisi and me bought udon, golden mushroom and chesse toufu. The cheese toufu is super nice…highly recommended by me! You can find it in NTUC =X
We are supposed to turn up at Xin’s house and 2pm and everyone was late, EXPECTEDLY! =X People you know who lah….and those who turned up early were sitting by the table, starting at 2 steaming pots, with their stomachs singing 空城记. Actually I’m not one of those who are feeling hungry so I’m quite okay lah.

Here's Xin's puppy named Toby. At first Xinxin didn't spell it out his name and I thought it's Tobi. Then I told Cin " You know? The doggie's name is Tobi!!" Cin "Really?!? I wanna throw him!" LoL...Tobi is the name of a throwing star in maple and Cin's character in maple is a sin. So there's nothing wrong with Cin for her to throw a throwing star (tobi) cos it's her main weapon. But in reality such thing won't happened because Cin is freaking scared of Toby. LoL =X
After that it's mahjong time for me and board games for the rest.

Went to watch Death Note デスノトyesterday. It's a pretty decent movie and I'm surprised with the crowd in the theatre. It's almost full house wor. Death Note the movie is adapted from the best selling manga in Japan. There's an anime on that too. Ivan recommended to me and he was blahhing how good the anime is and he has watched episode 1 5 times O.O However, till now I only seen episode 1 =X
Death Note is about a colleague student named Light (a.k.a Kira)who got hold of a notebook which has the power to kill. As long as the user has the name of the person he want to kill and as he write the name on the notebook, he has to visualise how the victim looks like, the notebook will work. It's mainly a game of wits between Light and L (a detective who try to nail Light). Death Note the movie Part 2 is coming up in December and I think it will be nicer than part 1 as the plot is more complicated and exciting.
Actually the movie is already in YouTube but I won't recommend you to watch on it unless you enjoy straining your eyes =X Nevertheless, you can catch its trailors XD

Today went to shop for Xinxin's birthday present with Cin and Sisi and it's a tough job. Why? Well, Ms Xin is sooo fortunate that she has everything a girl needs and it's really tough to get something special for her.
As we were still thinking of what to get for her, we passed by a beauty shop and Cin and me decided to step in to shape our eyebrows. It has been years since I went to into a shop to shape eyebrows. Usually I just shave (is shave the word? =X) myself and now what?? Pluck eyebrows is really damm PAIN loh. I have tears welling in my eyes as the lady pluck my brows. 30 minutes later after that, my brow was still throbbing with pain and I took a look in the mirror and -__-!!! It bled! A tiny bit lah. Facial is EVEN MORE pain loh. I tried once and I have phobia already. It's so hard being a female! Being ugly is a crime!! Being fat is a bigger crime!! Sigh~

Wah….tio complained by Honhon, better start blogging again before he starts to be mean to me again T.T Anyway, it’s the same old story of not blogging again; I have no interesting stuff to blog about. Thus, I have been cracking my head on what to blog on after seeing Honhon’s tag. After much thought, I decided to blog on myself! Wahahaa…not that I’m an interesting topic but since I have to whip something up to blog on, I might as well tell you guys more about myself XD
So what about me?!?! Hmm…a lot of stuff I learnt about myself is by the courtesy of my friends and colleagues. A lot of things I don’t realize until my friends point it out to me. My childhood friends love to do that and love to pick on me (in a good nature way) whenever they have the chance. So what my friends and colleagues have been telling me??
I think people mainly commented on the way I speak, my voice and my funny gestures. Some people think that the way I talk is kinda weird and sometimes they don’t understand what I am talking about. I have to admit that most of the time when I speak or write, I structured my sentences poorly. I didn’t think that it’s a big problem until my colleagues told me about it. “Is it??” I said upon hearing that. “Maybe it’s generation gap bah.” And straightaway I’m condemned for saying that. LOL! But come to think of it, it’s not because of generation gap, apparently.
“Do I speak funnily anot?” I asked some of my close friends. Mostly of them said “Yah!!! But we are used to it already!!!” -__-!!
Some bad habits of mine are that I like to start a sentence with ‘Hor’ and I like to add in a lot of unnecessary sound effects in my speech. My colleagues lah…..say I talk funnily yet they influenced me the most!! Now I have more funny phrases and sound effects than ever! =/ I think I have to work harder on my communication skills so that everyone can understand perfectly T.Tv
I don’t intend to go into what people commented on my voice and funny gestures because when I type till this point, I already feel bored (subject too boring=X). So better change topic!!
Oh ya people!! I’m going on a holiday!! Finally it’s all set and confirmed. Now it’s countdown time. Where where where!?!?!?! When when when?!?!?!
BANGKOK! Flying off on the 30th of December! 5D4N!!
I must say it’s not a very good deal because we are going there in the peak period and it will be more expensive than usual. Moreover, we need to pay $75 extra for a stupid compulsory gala dinner held by the hotel. But heck care right!! I wanna escape from work as soon as possible and the period we chosen is the most ideal of all. I truly hope it will be an enjoyable trip, along will my travel companions XD. Countdown begin~~

Went to a dinner gathering on Monday with my childhood friends. Haven't seen them in ages and it's nice seeing them again. However,they kept calling me 埃及妖后 because of my hair and it's kinda doink. First of all, I'm a Singaporean not from 埃及 k?!?! Secondly, I don't have what it takes to be a 埃及妖后. Despite of her evilness, a 埃及妖后 must be very pretty, with big big eyes. Where got eyes soo small de 后?? Moreoever, I sooo kind how can be 妖后?!?!?! (people please don't puke :X)
Anyway, Miss Ah Baw just came back from Shanghai and brought back lotsa stuff and she claimed that the stuff there are very very cheap. Too much stuff to buy that she forget to get me a souvenir T.T Then another 1 is going to Beijing, on the very next day.
Wheeee~~~ why people so good life while I'm stuck at a shitty job??? Work is getting more crazier than ever >< I think it sorta get to me that it affected my sleep every night. I'm having sleeping problem again. Toss and turn then turn and toss for a very long before I finally get to sleep. No quantity nevermind but no quality as well can really kill! Throughout the night I keep waking up and sometimes I have dreams too and dreaming is tiring loh. I'm sooo jealous of those who instantly black out once they hit the pillow. So good~~ Hope I (and everyone) will have a nice sleep tonight T.Tv おやすみなさい みない！

6th October is Mid-Autumn Festival (for this year) and also our dearest Qiqi's birthday. Besides that, a lot of happened on this special day.
To kick off the day, I had a nightmare on the very beginning of 6th Oct. I dreamt of friends dying and scary monster chasing after us. I know it sound lame and stupid but most dreams are strange and stupid (at least for me lah :X)It's certainly an unpleasant dream and after that, I can't sleep well ><.
In the morning, I proceed to work as usual. Colleague J and Colleague M and I were the first few to reach the office and when we stepped in, Colleague J was puzzled why some of the drawers of our tables were all opened. And then Colleague M saw something!! The cash box that contains petty cash was opened and all the money inside was gone. What are left were only some coins. Then it hit us!! Colleague J quickly went to our boss room and check and it's HORRIBLE!!! The office was broke in by some invaders!!
The big big safe deposit was lying on the floor and best of all, its door was being detached from its body, all tattered. Best best of all these robbers still have the audacity to eat OUR moon cakes and drink OUR mineral waters. -__-!!! Best best best of all, besides our company, there were 3 more companies have the same fate as us. Luckily my company didn’t suffer a heavy loss as my bosses had brought home most of the cash. Thus the morning was kinda doink as there were many policemen walking here and there. There goes my beautiful Friday morning T.T
The happiest thing in the morning was that another colleague of us brought us a box of cute moon cakes. Cute?!?! Well, it’s my first time seeing such moon cakes. Don’t say I mountain turtle k? =X
In the evening, went to Qiqi's birthday celebration at a small small restaurant. Here's some pictures of the night. I didn't take much though.

After that, Qiqi and gang went to KTV whilist I went home T.T cos I got work the next day.
It's definitely a tiring day.

Dear Boys!! The anime I have been watching recently. It's a nice anime so I thought I should recommend to you guys ^^ As you can see, it's about basketball and I love basketball!! Love watching basketball :X I think it all started when I start watching Slam Dunk, another basketball related anime and then dang dang, I just fall in love with it!! After that, I started watching NBA and Medicorp still air NBA back then. Now they don't air that anymore =(( I guess basketball is not as popular as soccer in Asia bah.
Anyway, Dear Boys is not as intent as Slam Dunk nor it's more funny than it. However, it is a pleasant anime to watch. Most matches in Dear Boys do not last more than 2 espisodes, unlike Slam Dunk, which matches can stretch more than 3-6 espisodes. Dear Boys's strongest point against Slam Dunk is that their characters are way more yandao and kawaii =X~~LOL. Well, the story goes like this :
Aikawa Kazuhiko was the star captain of Tendouji, one of the greatest high school basketball teams in Japan. One day, he quitted Tendouji and transferred to Mizuho High School, which had broken basketball team with only 4 members. How will the basketball team picked up with the newly joined member and together pursue their dreams towards the Inter-High championship??? That's for you to find out!! (actually I only watched less than 1/2 of it =X)
I like to watch sports-related anime/drama because it's kinda inspiring and heart-warming. Inspiring?!?! Heart-warming?!?! Well, it's kinda touched me to see how a team could achieve through good teamwork and team spirits and the strong bonds the members have. Withstanding hardships together and march towards a common goal..... doesn't it feel good?? Team members can be your commanders and your best friends too. Hmm, most sports animes give me this kind of feeling.
