The entry is dedicated to my dearest Xinxin, and her dearest husband-to-be, Chester. Both of them will officially tie the knot forever, on this special day. I still can’t forget the shock I get when I got their invitation card. Days before I received their invitation card, Xinxin has asked for my address for her Christmas card. Finally I received that ‘Christmas card’ but it turn out to be their Wedding (or rather ROM?) Invitation Card. It was a beautiful Sunday morning and there I was, staring that the invitation card, deciding whether it is a prank anot. For those who knew Xinxin, you all knew she is capable of pulling such pranks. Xinxin is a mischievous girl.
“I must call someone!!!”, I thought. Thus, I called Cin but apparently she was still sleeping at that time so I called Qiqi instead. Thankfully she answered my call and Yes!! This is for real. Xinxin is getting married with Chester!!! While chatting with Qi on the phone, I sorta tear-ed. Not that I am sad or something. It’s more like tears of joys bah. I think it’s just like how a Dad and Mom cried when they see their children got married. I know I sound foolish but Xinxin being the first to get married among this bunch of friends really has a great significance to me. Being the first to embark to another new beginning of life, being the first to found her happiness with a guy whom she truly loved and wanna spend her life with….. Well, marriage is such a holy thing and it’s definitely a BIG thing in life. It’s not simple as it looks and it really takes efforts to make it work. Nevertheless, I’m sure they would overcome any obstacles that come along and live happily ever after. Hereby I wish both of them a bliss marriage and forever in love with each other. Cheers to their union~
