Finally got the mood and time to blog le. Thus just some updates for the past weeks...
Last weekend (9th & 10th)
Was shopping like dog for X'mas pressies. Went to Raffles City, Citylink, Marina Square and Suntec City on Saturday and in the end I managed to buy 1/2 a pressie =/ . 1/2 a pressie??? Well, the value of my pressie needs top up to hit the targeted budget, or at least close to the budget. Thus it totally doesn't do any justice to my freaking tiredness.
I bought this massager at Mini Toons. Cute anot?? Actually there are cuter ones but this one more powerful.
Went shopping again with Ah Baw on Sunday. This time went to West Mall and Causeway Point. Freaking tired also and worst of all, no pressie bought T.T
Monday (11th Dec)
Celebrated Ah Baw’s birthday. We went to a Fish n Co alike restaurant ‘Hooked’ at the Railway Mall. The food is pretty decent but the location is kinda ulu. I think only those who drive will frequent that place.
Aifern’s Otak Linguine. Very nice and the otak is not like the usual kind which has a strong fishy smell.
Ah Baw’s Salmon in creamy sauce. Look nice =X I didn’t try it cos I don’t really like salmon.
My Jumbo Snapper. Really jumbo size… eat till I sweat . Thus when I’m taking a break from eating, I’m poking and flipping my fish and someone saw it! The ‘witness’ came over and asked me “How’s the fish?? If it’s not fresh, I’ll change one for you. Cos I saw you flipping the fish.” I was like O.O . Like that also can. I think that witness is the boss of the restaurant wor… service quite good right?? Very observant…
Saturday (16th Dec)
Went X’mas shopping with Qi, Gan and Seng. Very happy…cos all my pressies gao dim. Kekekkeke….finally XD. Shopping for pressies really can kill sia. After we all gao dim our pressies, we went to a Movie Preview Lounge at Cineleisure 6th floor to relax. Gan recommended this place and she was saying it’s situated the 7th floor. However, there’s no 7th floor at Cineleisure. Strange uh? Anyway, the environment is really nice and cosy. Seng and I ordered a café Mocha and I think it has a salty taste. But the rest don’t think so =/.
After that, we were talking about whether we have watched more than 10 movies in the cinema throughout the year. Qi said that she watched less than 5 movies in the cinema throughout the year, Gan and Seng said they watched less than 10. Then I start counting. When I mentioned Brokeback Mountain, Seng said “ Brokeback Mountain is this year de ah? Then I watched more than 10 times this year..” He watched Brokeback Mountain in the cinema for 7 times -__-!! (or is it 8 times? =x)
