Typed this entry yesterday night and was ¾ through when I had to stop for my guild party quest in maple. So this entry is actually typed to yesterday’s time. Here it goes~
My arms are aching from the strain of dragging 9 bags home. What?!?! 9 bags?!?! Yes…these are the trophies from spree-ing but not all 9 are mine lah. Only 3 are mine..keke…. After 2-3 weeks of anticipation, it finally arrived!! Next lot will be the clothes… more anticipation!!! xD
When I finally carried the bags home, my mum, who was chatting on the phone saw the big bag of bags I’m carrying, she said
“Wah..always shopping..very rich ah?? What you buy?”
“Bags.”
“Wah..my daughter just came home with 1 bag of bags… buy so many like bag is very cheap like that…….” She told whoever that was chatting with her over the phone.
Mums are like that. They can’t stand the sight of their children splurging too much, especially daughters. But hey, it’s not like we have a choice like that. Women need a lot of stuff…much more than men. Clothes, bags and accessories, shoes and beauty products already deal massive damages on our he baos ($$$).
Anyway, minutes later my mum and ah ma began to flood my room and they starting to ‘admire’ at the bags. The way they do it is like buying fishes from wet market. One by one they took, and look at the front, back, middle and side of ‘fish’ and poke poke at times. So auntie =X
Then they started the bargaining process.
“Got anything for me? This one looks nice… I like!!”
“This one is not bad either…..” and it goes on.
When I exclaimed that only 3 of the bags are mine, and I mean MINE, they started to make noise again.
“Buy so many never buy one for me….”
Sigh~ Think next time my he bao will bleed even more =/.
Anyway something happening (which cin think so) happened just now when I’m on the bus.
My colleague and I were sitting at the back of the bus and there’s 3 secondary school kids sitting at the very back row, blasting music away from their handphones. Then at the front, there’s one guy, grooving to the beat of the music and these secondary school kids saw that. Maybe they find it funny and started to whisper about that particular guy. And somewhere, that particular guy sensed that some people were talking about him and he turned his head and shouted across the bus in a very ah beng’s style
“See what see? Buay song ah? Wanna fight is it? Come lah~~”
Then hor, at that moment, a pinky wear ah beng (I believed he’s frenz of the 1st ah beng) jumped out from his seat and approached those kids.
“See what see? You what gang de? Wanna fight is it??” That pinky ah beng said. Soon after the 1st ah beng approached those kids as well.
Sensing a fight might be picking up and as we were seated very near to those 3 kids, we made a wise move-RUN. But we don’t really RUN lah. We moved the seats at the front, which was quite some distance from the scene.
After that I don’t know what happened since I’m seated at the front but eventually those ah bengs got returned to their seats lah.
Nowadays kids really -_-!!! Hope that they will be more sensible as they grow older. Throwing fists at people don’t solve any disputes. Instead, it will make you look like an immature brat. It’s UGLY.
