Went shopping @ Orchard on Saturday afternoon with Qi and PJ. My main purpose was to buy a dress for my friend’s wedding dinner. I tried a few dresses and these 2 ladies kept asking me to bare more cleavage. They said must show off more when we are still young. LOL!! I know but I’m conservative loh. I was like “Wear tube cannot meh?” but they said not nice. Think we were quite noisy at the fitting room =X. Hahaha… anyway bought a dress that I like @ $59…so expensive =(.
After that, we proceed to Hereen for dinner. Qi wanted to eat Thai food as thus, we were going to Lemongrass. On the way, there was this mega Singtel Fair at Ngee Ann City which I’m very interested. I wanted to buy handphone and dang! The promotional rate is really very promotional loh. U.P of $449 going at $68 (after $100 trade in). Of course I must chiong to the queue and buy. But I chiong after we fill up our stomachs lah.
Anyway, I think the food at Lemongrass is nice. The prices are slightly expensive but given the big portions, it’s worth it bah. The portion for fried noodles and kway teow are really huge and we were blotted after that.
After dinner, I went and join the queue at the Singtel Fair. I think I queued for around 45-55minutes and when it’s finally my turn, the person told me “Miss, we are not issuing anymore queue number. We still have 800+ customers not serve.” Doinkness! She was telling me to come back the next day. She gave me a form with enable to join the express queue the next day. However, to come again all the way to town is very troublesome loh.
Thus I went to Hello Shop @ West Mall the next day. The official operating hour starts from 11am. I reached there at 10.55am and more doinkness. There was already a long long queue. Singaporeans really love queuing. *rolls eyes* Heng I have that form with me and within 30minutes, I’m outta the shop with my new handphone. Hahaha… no queue for me=). This is the handphone I bought.
It's nice but kinda heavy. But I still like lah. Kekeke..
After that, we went chilling at Forbidden City @ Clarke Quay. I ordered a 'Safe Sex on the Beach" but hor..the waiter served me 'Safe Sex on the Beach"! People want safe sex de but he gave unsafe de. Doinkness! Cos safe sex on the beach is a mocktail whereas the latter is a cocktail. I don't wanna take alcohol ma but in the end, still the same result. Qi and PJ ordered some snack too but I heard it's very-not-the-tasty. Expensive somemore. Doubt they will come back again=x.
